What should we bring?

Towel, sunscreen, and swimsuit.

Boarding time?

30 minutes before departure.

Do we need to bring snorkeling equipment?

You can bring your own, and if you don’t have any, there are some available to borrow on the boat.

Is there food and drink?

The activity includes a small tasting of cheese, sobrasada, and a pomada (typical drink of the island). Additionally, we have a bar service on board with very affordable prices, offering only drinks. However, if you prefer, you can bring your own food on board to enjoy during the trip.

General Terms and Conditions of the Activity:

Booking and Confirmation:

• Booking must be made in advance, and the confirmation will be sent by email or message, depending on the booking method used.

Cancellation and Modifications:

• Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the excursion. If cancelled after this period, or in case of no-show or late arrival, no refund will be issued and no date changes will be allowed.
• If you notify 24 hours before the departure, the customer may choose between a date change or a full refund.

Age and Physical Condition Requirements:

• The activity is open to all ages. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
• Participants should have basic physical condition to board and disembark.

Weather Conditions:

• The activity is subject to weather conditions. In case of bad weather or safety situations that prevent the excursion from taking place, the activity may be rescheduled or a full refund will be offered.

Safety Onboard:

• Participants must follow the crew's instructions at all times to ensure everyone's safety.

Personal Responsibility:

• Participants must take care of their personal belongings, as the company is not responsible for lost or damaged items during the activity.
• Smoking and drug use are prohibited on board. Participants who do not respect this rule may be asked to leave the activity without a refund.

Food and Beverages:

• The activity includes a small tasting of cheese, sobrasada, and a pomada (typical island drink). Additionally, we offer an affordable bar service onboard, serving only drinks.
• Participants are welcome to bring their own food on board if they wish.

Itinerary Modification:

• The company reserves the right to modify the excursion itinerary due to factors such as adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances that may affect safety or the progress of the activity.

Environmental Protection:

• It is essential to respect the natural environment during the activity. Waste collection and non-interference with marine fauna and flora are key to preserving the ecosystem.

Image Rights:

• During the activity, photographs or recordings may be taken for promotional purposes. By participating, customers agree that their image may be used in the company's advertising materials or on social media.
