Guided kayak tour along the beaches of Mongofre and the Bay of Addaia

I, the undersigned, declare under my own responsibility:

1.         I know how to swim and I agree to wear the obligatory life jacket during the course of the activity.

2.        I am of legal age and self-sufficient to carry out the physical activity necessary for the contracted activity and/or I am between 15 and 18 years old and I have the authorization of my legal guardian for the practice of this activity.

3.        That minors are accompanied on the routes by a responsible adult or legal guardian.

4.        Children who go for free in a kayak (4 to 7 years old) sit in the middle of the kayak and are accompanied by adults at all times.

5.        Children under the age of 4 are not allowed on guided kayak tours.

6.       I weigh less than 110Kg and I am less than 2m tall (please check with the center if you weigh and/or are taller than the above to see if kayaking equipment is available).

7.        I voluntarily attend the contracted activity assuming the risks inherent to this sport.

8.        I do not suffer from any illness, heart failure, injury or pathology that prevents me from carrying out the activity without risk to my health, and in the event that I do, I have consulted a medical doctor and assume the risks.

9.       I am not pregnant and if I am I assume responsibility for all risks, as it is not recommended to do the kayaking activity for safety.

10.     I will inform the center in advance if I suffer from any significant disability or pathology.

11.       In case of wearing prosthesis (including silicone), I will assume the risk of damage that could be caused to me while doing the activity.

12.      I have not undergone surgery in the past year, nor am I undergoing rehabilitation, convalescent, or poorly healed from any previous injury. If I have, I assume the risks that I may suffer.

13.      I undertake not to be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, narcotics, or any other medication that may affect my stability, reflexes and ability to react.

14.     I undertake to follow at all times the instructions of the guide responsible for the activity, and I assume responsibility for any actions that I carry out that are not in accordance with the explanations and orders that I receive from the guide or person in charge. I have also received previous instructions, the activity has been explained to me and I have been provided with all the necessary material for the practice of the activity and it has been found in good condition.

15.      By contracting the activity, I give my consent for the company to take photos and videos during the activity in order to be able to download them later for free, also for the diffusion/exploitation on the company's website, social networks, advertising for which I cede the rights to the images free of charge.

16.     I have read and accept the conditions of Image Capture, Authorization of Assignment of Rights and Protection of Privacy.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE COMPANY

·          The company reserves the right to refuse admission if the client does not meet the requirements and conditions for the contracted activity.

·          The necessary material for the activity will be provided, and the material must be in good condition.

·          The company reserves the right to make changes to the timetable or cancel any activity without prior notice due to weather and safety conditions.

·          In the event of unfavourable weather forecasts, the activity will be rescheduled or even cancelled if necessary and depending on the activity affected. The criteria for the change of timetable, route or cancellation will be those established in the regulations for each activity by the Capitanía Marítima and according to the considerations of the company.

·          The guides have the obligation to take and adopt the appropriate decisions and measures to guarantee the safety of the participants and the smooth running of the activity when they consider it necessary, as the practice of the activity is subject to the conditions of the natural environment in which it takes place, weather conditions and the state of the sea throughout the activity.

·          The company's commitment begins at the moment the contracted activity starts. The contract and responsibility of the company only affects the direct work of its technicians and the organisation of the activity and compliance with their instructions.

·          It is the client's responsibility to travel to the starting point of the activity and to arrive sufficiently in advance of the starting time of the activity in order to prepare for it if necessary.

·          The company accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to clients' personal belongings.

·          The company has the compulsory accident and civil liability insurance.

·          The guided kayak routes will have, whenever necessary, the support of a safety and support boat with Authorisation of Capitanía Marítima.
