Charter with skipper (afternoon and sunset)

1. Reservations will be formalised upon payment of the total rental amount.
2. Prices include VAT, third-party and civil liability insurance, passenger insurance, port fees and extras.
3. For cancellations or changes, at least 48 hours' notice must be given and a charge of 10% of the total price will apply.
4. The company shall not be liable for the loss or damage of personal belongings.
5. All our boats are equipped with a GPS locator.
6. The boats have certain limits: maximum number of passengers on board, maximum load (according to the certificate of conformity), timetables and navigation area, which may be modified by the company for safety reasons.
7. During navigation, occupants shall be distributed in such a way that the boat remains completely level, remaining seated and following the skipper's safety instructions.
8. No deposit will be paid. Any damage caused by navigation will be charged to the skipper. Damage caused to the boat or accessories (upholstery, awning, handrails, etc.) due to improper use will be charged to the customer.
9. The route will be suggested by the skipper: departure from Fornells to Pilar(west) or to Fabarix(east), and may be modified for weather reasons. Provided that safety conditions allow, the route may be modified at the customer's request. If this results in the use of more than 60 litres of fuel, the customer will be responsible for the additional cost.
10. Any towing activity (water skiing or similar) is prohibited. 
11. For environmental reasons, the following is prohibited: 

•  Disembarking on islets.
•  Feeding wildlife.
• It is prohibited to collect any natural elements, such as sand, stones, shells, fauna and flora (including their remains), etc.
• It is prohibited to throw any type of rubbish into the sea or onto the coast, including organic waste.
• Approaching dolphins or other cetaceans within 60 metres is prohibited. If an animal approaches within 60 metres of the vessel, the engine must be put into neutral and even turned off until the animal moves away, provided that the safety of the vessel and its occupants can be ensured.

This contract is governed by Spanish law. To resolve any doubts or disagreements that may arise between the parties regarding the fulfilment or interpretation of the clauses of this contract, both parties, by mutual agreement, submit to the jurisdiction and competence of the courts of Mahón and the corresponding higher courts, waiving their own jurisdiction and domicile, if they have any.
