Our routes will allow you to explore the Menorcan coast, from Cala Pilar to Cala Mongofre, two of the island's most beautiful and peaceful spots. During the 3 hours of service, you'll have the opportunity to make stops at various coves and beaches, where you can swim, snorkel, or enjoy a relaxing paddleboarding session with our two available paddleboards.

What should we bring?

Towel, sunscreen, and swimsuit.

Embarkation time?

20 minutes before departure.

Do we need to bring snorkel equipment?

You can bring your own, and if you don't have any, we have some available to lend on the boat.

 

Is there food and drink?

A small tasting of cheese and sobrassada is included, along with a pomada (typical drink). Additionally, there is a bar service on board with very affordable prices.

General conditions

General Conditions for Pachira Tours Excursions

Reservations and Confirmation:

  • Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

  • The reservation is considered confirmed once the total or partial payment (50%) is made according to the agreed terms.

  • The maximum number of people per excursion is 31.

Payment Conditions:

  • Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or cash at the time of booking.

  • In case of no-show on the day of the excursion, no refund will be made.

Excursion Duration:

  • The excursion lasts 3 hours, including stops at various coves and beaches for swimming and snorkeling activities.

  • If the client arrives late, the excursion will not be extended beyond the agreed 3 hours.

Itinerary:

  • The itinerary covers the area between Cala Pilar and Cala Mongofre, but this does not mean there will be time to visit everything.

  • Stops for swimming and snorkeling will be made depending on weather and sea conditions.

Weather Conditions:

  • The safety of our passengers is our priority. In the event of adverse weather conditions (storms, strong winds, rain, etc.), the excursion may be rescheduled or canceled with no additional charge to the clients.

  • In case of cancellation by Pachira Tours due to weather conditions, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

Activities and Equipment:

  • Snorkeling equipment (mask and snorkel) and paddle boards will be provided at no additional charge.

  • Participants must know how to swim to safely enjoy the aquatic activities.

  • The use of snorkeling and paddle surf equipment is the responsibility of the participants, who must ensure they are in suitable physical condition.

Responsibility:

  • Pachira Tours is not responsible for any personal or material damage that may occur during the excursion, except in cases of proven negligence by the company or crew.

  • It is recommended that participants bring sunscreen, appropriate clothing, and enough water to stay hydrated.

Cancellations:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. If the cancellation is made within the 48 hours prior to the excursion, no refund or date change will be made.

  • If the customer does not show up on the day of the excursion without prior notice, the booking amount will be forfeited.

Onboard Behavior:

  • During the excursion, all passengers are expected to follow the crew's instructions and maintain respectful behavior toward others and the environment.

  • The consumption of unauthorized substances is prohibited on board.

Service Modifications:

  • Pachira Tours reserves the right to modify the itinerary or services offered due to unforeseen circumstances that may affect the safety and quality of the experience.
