Can I bring my own food or drinks?
Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own, although we already include one drink and a snack.

Can we swim during the excursion?
Absolutely! There will be stops in coves and beaches perfect for swimming and snorkeling.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If the weather is unfavorable, we will offer to reschedule or issue a refund.

Is snorkeling equipment provided?
Yes, we provide a mask and snorkel at no extra charge.

Is fuel included?
Yes, fuel is included in the price.

Is there a minimum age to join?
The activity is suitable for all ages, but minors must be accompanied by an adult.

Activity Terms and Conditions

1. Reservation and Confirmation
The reservation will be considered confirmed once the corresponding payment is received and a confirmation is sent by the company. It is recommended to book in advance to ensure availability.

2. Cancellations and Modifications
Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the activity. After this period, no refunds or date changes will be made. In case of no-show or late arrival, it will be considered a cancellation outside the deadline. Modifications are subject to availability and must be requested in advance.

3. Age Requirements
The activity is suitable for all ages. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult and are the responsibility of the accompanying adult throughout the excursion.

4. Weather Conditions
The company reserves the right to cancel or modify the activity in case of adverse weather conditions. In this case, an alternative date or full refund will be offered.

5. Safety on Board
It is mandatory to follow the skipper’s instructions at all times. Wearing a life jacket may be required depending on sea conditions and the profile of the participants. Passenger safety is a priority.

6. Personal Responsibility
Participants are responsible for their behavior and personal belongings during the activity. The company is not responsible for any losses, damages, or accidents resulting from reckless behavior.

7. Food and Drinks
A drink and a snack are included on board. Participants may bring additional food or drinks, provided they consume them respectfully and without creating waste in the environment.

8. Itinerary Modification
The itinerary may be altered due to sea conditions or at the skipper’s discretion, always prioritizing safety and the quality of the experience.

9. Environmental Protection
Participants are asked to behave respectfully towards the marine environment. Throwing waste into the sea is prohibited. We recommend using eco-friendly sunscreens.

10. Image Rights
The company may take photographs or videos during the activity for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in this material, please inform us before the excursion begins.

Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the excursion.
In case of cancellation after this period, no-shows, or late arrivals, the company reserves the right to offer no refund or rescheduling.
